How to Shop?


Use the Clothing, Accessories and Designers menu to navigate through the site. You can also shop by browsing our Blog or alphabetically by designer. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, select your size and click on the ADD TO SHOPPING BAG button underneath each item. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the SHOPPING BAG link at the top of the page. You can use the REMOVE FROM BASKET link to delete items from your shopping bag. Click on PROCEED TO PURCHASE to complete your order.




Is my personal information kept private?


Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential, and at no point will we share it with a third party. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy in full.




Can I change my shipping address once the order is dispatched?


Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect your delivery to another address. To avoid any delays receiving your order, we suggest that you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.




How can i track my order?


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package. You can also email us at thehouseofamaya@gmail.com to get an update on your order.




How do I return or exchange an item?


We will not accept returns or offer refunds for goods unless they are faulty.

If your goods are faulty when they are delivered you may return the faulty goods to us. If you return the goods to us we will (at our option) repair or replace the goods or provide you with a refund of the purchase price and the price of delivery.

In order to return faulty goods you must contact us at thehouseofamaya@gmail.com to inform us that you wish to return the goods. We will then provide you with details of where to return the goods and how to complete the returns process. You will be responsible for the costs of delivering the goods back to us.

If we repair or replace the goods we will deliver the repaired or replaced goods to you at no additional cost to the delivery address you specified when you purchased the goods.

If we provide a refund we will pay it to the account you used to purchase the goods.




Can I place my order via phone?


It is possible to make an order by phone. Simply call a customer care representative on +44 (0) 7479 616 916. After providing us with the details of the item you wish to purchase and your billing information, we will place your order and shall send you the invoice by email to complete the payment online.




How and when do I change my order?


We will not accept returns or offer refunds for goods unless they are faulty. In order to change your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly notify us by writing to us at thehouseofamaya@gmail.com along with the details and reason for changing the order. PS. We will only be able to change the order if it has not been dispatched from the designers end.
